The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation has awarded a Quality of Life Grant for $8,000 to ThinkFirst Navajo/Eve's Fund. We were selected for prevention of injuries in the underserved Navajo Nation and, also for a scientific study to assess the impact of our VIP (Voices for Injury Prevention) program on the knowledge base of the student audiences. New Partners…New People…New Programs
The new year of 2010 has begun. Let’s hope it brings “newness" to all of our lives. It will be a difficult one for us since we will be marking the 5th year of our beloved Eve’s death at the end of February. We miss her every day but know she would be proud of the work we are doing in her name and memory.
