Eve’s Fund is proud to announce that the Phoenix Indian Center will honor us with its FRIEND OF THE COMMUNITY leadership award at their upcoming awards dinner on November 14, 2018 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Barbara Crowell Roy, Eve’s Fund president and mother of the late Eve Erin Crowell will receive the award.
The FRIEND of the COMMUNITY award acknowledges individuals of non-American Indian decent or non-American Indian owned business that have shown a long-standing commitment to the American Indian Community through their leadership and service.
Twelve other recipients will be recognized for their leadership and accomplishments in individual award categories.
The annual awards programs celebrates individuals and organizations in Arizona who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment to the advancement, promotion, and development of the cultural, educational, social, economic, or political welfare of the American Indian Community in Arizona or have provided significant contributions to the local American Indian economy.
