Distracted Driving is an epidemic. Throughout this past month, our ThinkFirst Navajo Injury Prevention Program has joined forces with hundreds of other organizations to increase awareness of the perils of distracted driving. ThinkFirst Navajo distributes safety helmets to Navajo school children in memory of neurosurgeon Erich Marchand
Last week, our Eve's Fund ThinkFirst Navajo Injury Prevention Program distributed and fitted 169 certified safety helmets to students in K-5th grades at the To'Hajiilee Community School in To'Hajillee, NM. Eve’s Fund Awards $10,500 in Scholarships to 11 Navajo Prep Students
Eve’s Fund for Native American Health Initiatives has awarded $10,500 in scholarships for 11 Navajo students attending Navajo Preparatory School in Farmington through the end of the current academic year.
