ThinkFirst Navajo, an Eve's Fund program, aims to keep Native American kids safe through injury prevention education. On this day, eighteen years ago, our world changed forever with the tragic death of our beloved Eve Erin Crowell, in whose memory Eve's Fund was founded. Our daughter, sister, aunt-to-be, niece, cousin, colleague and friend had just turned 30. Our children are our legacy, and no parent ever expects to have to bury a child. Eve’s Fund awards $15,000 in scholarships to 15 Navajo Prep high school students
"My Grandchild, education is the ladder. Tell our children to take it.” -Chief Manuelito (Navajo) Eve's Fund is pleased to announce it has awarded $15,000 to fifteen scholarship recipients who attend the Navajo Preparatory School in Farmington, New Mexico. These students were selected based on demonstrated financial need, scholastic potential, and leadership skills.
