ThinkFirst Navajo, an Eve's Fund program, aims to keep Native American kids safe through injury prevention education. Shiprock Marathon—running, volunteering & massaging a hero
At the 2019 Shiprock Marathon, we ran, volunteered, and gave a massage to a hero—Navajo Code Talker, John Kinsel, Sr. Again this year, Eve’s Fund Team members actively participated in the 36th Shiprock Marathon weekend May 3-4, 2019. ThinkFirst Navajo donates bike helmets to the Diné Bike Project
Last week, Jodee Dennison, MPH, director of ThinkFirst Navajo—Eve’s Fund’s Injury Prevention Program— delivered 50 more new bike helmets, in 3 different sizes, to Tom Riggenbach, executive director of NavajoYes in Window Rock, AZ—capital of the Navajo Nation.
