Research shows that nearly 50% of Native American students drop out of high school. Of those who do graduate, only 5% go on directly to four-year colleges. Eve’s Fund launches holiday scholarship campaign
NOVEMBER 18 - Today we are kicking off our first Eve's Fund Holiday Charity Challenge in partnership with Crowdrise, The Huffington Post and Craigconnects. Our goal is to raise $10,000 between November 18 and January 19, 2014 for the Eve's Fund Scholarship Program, which offers financial assistance to deserving Navajo students. Eve’s Fund Leaders Named 2013 Purpose Prize Fellows
FARMINGTON, N.M. – Nov. 11, 2013 – Encore.org today announced that Eve’s Fund founder Robert Crowell and president Barbara Crowell Roy are 2013 Purpose Prize fellows. Navajo Students Grateful for Eve’s Fund Scholarships
While nearly 50% of Native American students drop out of high school, the students at Navajo Preparatory School in Farmington, N.M., have college in their sights. To help them succeed, the school provides a rigorous academic program in a structured residential environment.
