For the third consecutive year, Eve's Fund for Native American Health Initiatives has sponsored scholarships for three St. Michael Indian School graduating seniors. ThinkFirst Navajo: Keeping kids safe with injury prevention education
ThinkFirst Navajo, an Eve's Fund program, aims to keep Native American kids safe through injury prevention education. On this day, eighteen years ago, our world changed forever with the tragic death of our beloved Eve Erin Crowell, in whose memory Eve's Fund was founded. Our daughter, sister, aunt-to-be, niece, cousin, colleague and friend had just turned 30. Our children are our legacy, and no parent ever expects to have to bury a child.
