Eve’s Fund receives recognition award from Navajo Preparatory School
Eve's Fund received a Special Recognition Award at Navajo Prep's annual awards banquet in May for its scholarship program. The school's Board of Trustees and Betty Ojaye, the outgoing Head of School thanked Eve's Fund founders, Barbara Crowell Roy, who was present at the event, as well as Dr. Robert M. VIP Cecelia Fred receives national honor
Cecelia Fred, was named as a VIP (Voice for Injury Prevention) of the year, by the ThinkFirst National Injury Prevention Foundation at their annual conference in New Orleans on April 28, 2018. ThinkFirst Navajo donates bike helmets to the Diné Bike Project
Last week, Jodee Dennison, MPH, director of ThinkFirst Navajo—Eve’s Fund’s Injury Prevention Program— delivered 50 more new bike helmets, in 3 different sizes, to Tom Riggenbach, executive director of NavajoYes in Window Rock, AZ—capital of the Navajo Nation. Eve’s Fund donates $10,000 scholarship to Navajo Prep School
Happy and grateful Navajo Prep students surrounding Betty Ojaye, the school's director (2nd row center), & Jodee Dennison, Eve's Fund program director (3rd row center) and a $10,000 check from the Eve's Fund Scholarship Program.
